Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from FridaMoy. If you are not completely satisfied with any Tops, Pants, or Skirts item, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a refund request. We will provide instructions for returning the item. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
